March 13, 2024 Meeting Minutes - DRAFT

Those in attendance:  Rusti Hammer, Angela Pauli, Cindy Waters, Rachelle Moore, Shawn Ferriola, Katie Griffiths (Metcalf), and Heather Hales.

Those not in attendance:

Amy Hadley, Krystin Amaya

Welcome: Rusti Hammer, Chair, welcomed everyone and led the meeting.

Action Item: Approval of Minutes from February 21, 2024 meeting.

Shawn Ferriola motioned to approve.

Rachelle Moore seconded the motion.

2024-2025 School LAND Trust Plan:

Heather Hales reported that the School LAND Trust Plan was submitted.  Some minor edit changes were made.  Updated copies of the Plan were distributed.

Discussion of Spring Elections:

Spring Elections were discussed. 

Action Item: Vote to Approve Spring Elections, including a call for nominations and the use of digital voting.

Rusti Hammer motioned to approve.

Angela Pauli seconded the motion.

Other Business: 

Heather Hales will keep the Council apprised regarding nomination/election outcomes.

The Dance Fit Fundraiser was discussed.  

Meeting schedule was discussed.  There are no more meetings scheduled for this school year.  Wednesday meetings at 4:00 p.m. will continue for next year.
